fix(theme): 修复主题配置时菜单 ID 获取逻辑

- 在移动端和 web 端保存配置时，将 getCheckedKeys 的参数从 true 修改为 false
- 这个修改确保了只获取选中的菜单项的 ID，而不是包括半选状态的菜单项
